Our Story
Welcome to Tristian's Journey! I founded this nonprofit organization because I am passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and their families. Being a Uniquely abled Parent I witnessed firsthand the challenges that my son Tristian faced due to his disability. Despite the obstacles, he remained resilient and determined. His strength and courage inspired me to create a organization that would support and uplift others like him.
Tristian's Journey is more than just a nonprofit - it's a movement. It's a community of individuals who believe in the power of inclusivity, acceptance, and empowerment. We are dedicated to providing resources, support, and advocacy to individuals with disabilities and their families, because everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and purposeful life.
